Amanda Strader, MPT

Amanda Strader received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Elon College in 2000. In 2005, she graduated from East Carolina University with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Amanda has considerable experience in vestibular rehabilitation and the treatment of sports injuries, orthopedic conditions and myofascial pain problems. She is skilled in the application of dry needling techniques, taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation and other modern physical therapy interventions. Her goal is to empower each patient through enhanced self-awareness and expanded knowledge of how to care for their body, so that they can enjoy a better quality of life.

When not taking care of her patients, Amanda enjoys time with her pets, going to sporting events and taking camping trips with her family.
